So I have about 3 more orders to tackle before I am done! However I’ll start accepting more commissions around August or September (depending my schedule in school). Which brings me to my next point. I’m going to chance my prices. Why? Here are a couple of reasons:
1) I’m already into my junior year of college which means I need to pay more stuff for my new apartment (rent/food/electric/ect). So I need more money to help pay for stuff like that. It would cost around $500 -$900 for those
2) Got loans to pay off sooner or later. Even though I do have some money in my bank, I know I’m going to have a shit ton of loans. So better save some money when the time comes and stuff.
3) Like I said, I have improved a lot. I’m not saying that I’ve mastered drawing but I do feel whatever I’m pricing is very low. After talking to my parents and a couple of other people, they told me I should really raise my prices. I might raise them by $10 but I will see.
4) I want a new computer and a cintiq! I don’t need these now but I do want to continue drawing so I really need some extra pocket change to save up for an iMAC and a cintiq. It will cost me around $2,000-$3,000 bucks so I have a long way to go to raise up that much money for new drawing equipment.
Thanks for reading and I’ll update my commission prices soon!
I haven't been here in a while
But my name is Trina and I like to draw. I'm currently a university student studying Sociology and getting my minor in art. But tbh, I really don't know what I want to do with my life hahaha....
